What is the difference between the Foggy Industry 30 + KIT version and the pump only option?
This reference includes, in addition to the 750 W and 60 bar high pressure pump, the 30 stainless steel diffusers, 10 m of nylon pipe, 29 straight connectors, end connector, 3 m of suction pipe and the assembly tool, so that the installation is ready without having to purchase the kit separately.
What size terrace or porch is the system designed for?
It is sized to air condition exteriors of up to 200 m², with a drop in ambient temperature of up to 12 °C thanks to water misting at 60 bar and a maximum flow rate of 120 l/h.
Can it be expanded with more diffusers if the installation needs it?
The pump supports up to 36 diffusers maximum. On top of the 30 included, up to 6 additional diffusers can be added with their compatible connectors and tubing, always respecting the nominal flow rate of the equipment.
How do you prevent diffusers from dripping when turning off the system?
The pump has a decompression valve and the diffusers incorporate an anti-drip valve and ceramic closure. This combination releases the pressure in the circuit when stopping and keeps the diffusers closed, avoiding drips on the nebulized area.
What quality of water does the facility need?
It admits a maximum inlet pressure of 5 bar and is not self-priming. The kit includes an external particle filter and individual filters in each diffuser, but it is advisable to ensure clean water to prolong the life of the ceramic pistons and keep the droplet size stable.
What oil does the pump use and when should it be checked?
The pump works with 10W-40 oil and a crankcase volume of 0.04 l. It is advisable to check the level before each season of intensive use and follow the change intervals indicated in the manual to preserve the ceramic pistons in an oil bath.
